Warranty and Return Policy
Displays and Accessories
All displays and accessories are warranted against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of six months from date of purchase. Warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective components only. Freight charges for the return of material to our facility are to be the responsibility of the purchaser. Ground freight charges for the return of repaired or replaced material to the purchaser will be paid by Pronto Sign Display.
Product Return Policy
Your satisfaction with our products is our goal. If for what ever reason you need to return a product, please obtain a return authorization prior to return by contacting us via email or phone. Our contact information can be found here .
To return an item, we must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of product. Returned products must be shipped within 2 business days of authorization. Returns must be in new, unused condition and returned in original box. Returns not received in original box will be subject to a re-packing fee of $25.00. If product received is damaged, you will be charged for any necessary repairs. All shipping charges are non-refundable and a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged and/or missing items must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of product. ALL CLAIMS MADE AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Damaged items returned that have not been inspected by the freight carrier or that are returned without written authorization will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted on the following items: Custom Digital Prints, Graphic Panels or Headers, Custom Printed Table Throws or Skirting, Custom Sized Throws or Skirting, Displays with Non-standard Fabric, Custom Cases and any other custom designed or fabricated items.
